Hi, Yaaqoub!
First off, thanks so much for reading and commenting.
Secondly, I’d like you to invite you to read how I structure my PKM: “The 4 Systems You Need to Manage PKM like a Pro”.
I tell you that because we’ll just focus on the Action System and the Think System.
Not so long ago, I used Notion as my Action System (projects, tasks, and to-dos) but, throughout the last year, I found out that sometimes I wanted to create a task or project while thinking, or I wanted to create a thought while executing an action.
This had to be managed fast, and I haven’t found anything faster than Obsidian. Here I explain why I started moving my Action System from Notion to Obsidian.
It’s not easy to explain in just a reply how I’ve set up Obsidian to work as a project/task manager, but I think these posts could be useful to give you an intro and some inspiration:
- 4 Essential Concepts to Master Your Tags in Your PKM
- The 3 Only Concepts You Need to Use the Obsidian Dataview Plugin
- Why a Project Dashboard is an Essential Element in Your PKM

I hope it helps.
Feel free to get in touch for further information or doubts.
At your service!
Cheers!
Paco.
