First off, thanks for reading and sharing your doubts!

I didn't make any import from Obsidian to Mem because I wanted to start from scratch. If I'm missing something, I just go back to Obsidian and check it, something I've done only a few times in the last months.

In your case, you can import things to Mem by going to Flows and Import. There, you can import files from many apps: Apple Notes, Evernote, Notion, Roam, Obsidian, Bear, IA Writer or Markdown/text files.
