I knew your solution because it’s quite well known, but it seemed to me that it’s a mix of email and chat. I’m very cautious about synchronous and asynchronous communication to minimize interruptions.

As you know, synchronous communications are a very-easy-to-fall trap to interrupt coworkers, while asynchronous ones are great to avoid that scenario.

Anyway, I’ll check your app for a couple of weeks with a colleague inside one of our companies to see how it goes. At least, I could give you some feedback how I see it and maybe it’s useful for you.

And, if it works for us, you gotta a new client!
