As a productivity geek, I follow a top-down procedure: goals => projects => tasks.
To-do lists inside toggle buttons (to allow to focus myself where I want to) is all I need.
I implemented it inside Notion, after being years using "exclusive" productivity apps, entering a non-stop world based in moving tasks, having dozens of different views, and so forth.
Just including reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly), makes possible having all my systems up to date.
Control, security, vision, peace, calm, fulfillment, happiness. That's some of my today's feelings and sensations. I've never felt that way before.
